Everyone at Orthodontic Excellence has been great with my nervous child. I really appreciate their calm firmness and willingness to explain what's happening so that my son feels more comfortable.
Two of my sons are patients at OE. Front staff is awesome. Dr. Megha is very easy to communicate with. She's patient and includes kiddo's thoughts during the consult. Some assistants are more kids friendly than others, that's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Don't get me wrong, they are all nice, but some extra friendly or sympathetic words can do wonders with a nervous child and a child who has no idea what to expect vs just jumping in and denying their discomfort.
